It's called Green Envy, courtesy of my Aunt from Nova Scotia. The first time I had this I am sure I had the same reaction as everybody else will. "Oh my lord it's green!". Once you get over that shock, you and all your guests will realise what an amazing dessert it is.
Green Envy
19oz can crushed pineapple, not drained
2 large packages pistachio pudding mix
650ml peach yogurt
1 large container cool whip
Mix pineapple and pudding, add peach yogurt and then the cool whip. Mix well, serve cold.
Mix the pineapple and pudding together. Easy, right?
After mixing the yogurt in, add the cool whip. Still Easy!
The picture doesn't show it very well, but it is a light green colour
Tip:
This is such a simple recipe that I have no tips, told you it was easy.
There was no sun today to help my photos. So with the gloomy day and thinking of Nova Scotia, I thought today would be perfect for my bright blue pumps <3
